How to buy

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase goods in our Webshop and have a valid credit card, accepted by us. If you are below 18 years, you must have legal basis to enter into an agreement with us.

Purchases can only be entered through the Website. We do not process orders made in emails, letters or fax.

To place an order, select the product you want to buy and add it to your shopping cart. Once you have the items in your shopping cart, click on it to proceed with placing your order. Be aware, if you wait too long, because items with a lot of interest might go out of stock even though they are in your shopping basket.

Before placing the order, you have the opportunity to change the information you have entered, including the delivery, invoice and payment informations. You also have the option to change or remove the items in the shopping cart.

Next, in the checkout fill in your personal information, choose your shipping and payment method and pay for the order. As simple as that!

A digital order confirmation with the details of your order and a tracking number will be sent to your email.

Please contact our Customer Service, if you made a mistake, when you placed the order - they are ready to help you.

In order to protect you and our other customers from fraud and maintain a high level of security for online purchases, we can conduct verification checks. The verification check may include the data you send when ordering on the Website, including your address and payment information.

After the agreement is concluded, the rules on the right of withdrawal apply, see Returns & Refunds.

We reserve the right to cancel the purchase in any of the following situations, without being liable for the damages or other costs:

- your payment information are incorrect or cannot be verified.

- your order has been placed for the purpose of committing fraud etc. or committed in combination with any criminal act or other illigal activity.

- an accidental error occurs on the Website, such as a payment error or similar.

- we have reason to believe that you are under 18 years of age.

Payment methods

We accept the following means of payment:

- Check digits (Credit Card Verification Number (CVV))

If you pay by credit card, you will be asked to enter the card's control digits. You will find the three check digits on the back of your credit card, most often in the right side of the back of the credit card. The check digits are necessary for the payment to be made and to maintain a high level of security. There may also be other similar security measures.

All prices quoted for goods, delivery costs and other costs are inclusive of taxes, VAT and duties.

Shipping or postage costs may vary according to each order. The prices of the website are displayed in the currency applicable to your country. If you want to change your country selection, please use the country selector feature at the top of the website. Your delivery address determines which currency you will be charged for.

Please note that a change of country to which the delivery is to take place may have an impact on price and delivery costs.

Shipping costs apply, unless otherwise stated. Costs may be subject to, but not limited to: VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. Alba of Denmark ApS does not collect any VAT, import duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU. This is a fee levied and collected by your local government. For more information regarding additional fees levied by your local government, contact your local UPS office or local customs office.


We ship Worldwide!

After you make an order, it will be packed and shipped within 1-3 weekdays. As we are not so big yet, during sales it may take 3-5 days for us to send your order. An order placed on a public holiday will be packed the following work day.

We ship with UPS worldwide and GLS on the territory of Denmark. The delivery time depends mostly on the delivery country and your local shipping provider.

The exact shipping cost will show on the checkout on our webshop.

Your goods will be delivered at the delivery address stated on the order. We only deliver to private and business addresses - not to mailboxes. Your package will be delivered on weekdays from Monday to Friday. The time of delivery depends on the country of delivery and the carrier used. The goods must be acknowledged upon arrival. It doesn't necessarily have to be you acknowledging, that might be people at the delivery address (for example a family member, friend, receptionist etc.) can sign the receipt for you.

Please note that you carry the risk of the item after the delivery. If the packaging appears to be damaged, you should refuse to receive the package. If you wish to complain about any faults and deficiencies you must inform us about it, read more under "Defective goods and incorrect goods" in Returns & Refunds below.

Tracking your order

Yes, you can track your order. In your delivery confirmation email, you will find a link to your tracking option with either UPS or GLS, depending on your delivery country.


At Alba of Denmark you have the right to return any item within 14 days, after the day of an arrival, if for any reason you have changed your mind about the purchase.
In the case of several different items ordered in a single order, but delivered individually (i.e. separate deliveries), the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or one of your third parties, receives the last item in a physical possession.
All returned products must be in the same condition as they were received.
Returned items must not be used, washed or changed in any way. Each item will be examined upon receipt.

Defective or wrong goods

If your product has a defect or we have delivered incorrect products, please contact our Customer Service. If you already know there has been a mistake at the time the carrier wants to make the delivery, you should refuse to receive the item.

In case of a defective item or incorrect item, you can choose from the following options:

- Return the item and get a refund of the purchase price and all shipping costs once our Customer Service has processed the return item,
- Return the item and receive an equivalent item when our Customer Service has processed the returned item, provided we can deliver this, or
- Keep the item and request a proportional reduction in the purchase price
When contacting Customer Service, you must state the order number, possibly the item number, and describe what is wrong with the item, you can also attach pictures for a faster processing, etc.
You are not responsible for costs associated with returning a defective item or incorrect item. We will of course repay the purchase price and the original delivery cost once we have received the item, unless you receive a new item to replace the original item.

How do I return an item?

In order to return the item, you must notify us (see contact details here or fill in the contact form below) of your decision to return your order by post or email. You can use the standard cancellation form below, but it is not mandatory.
The cancellation deadline is complied with if you send your notice of return before the cancellation deadline has expired. You must cover the expenses associated with the return of the goods.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs in case of wrong or defective goods (excluding any additional costs that have resulted of your choice of any other form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer) within 14 days of the date on which we received notice of your decision to return the goods.
The refund will be made with the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or you have provided documentation to return the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods or deliver them to us without delay and within 14 days from the date you informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14 days.

We recommend that you save the mail receipt as proof that you have delivered the package to the carrier.
