The factory emphasizes delivering high quality and complying to international standards in production and work conditions.
Kishor Exports is certified by and complies with the following standards:
OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 is a worldwide consistent, independent testing and certification system for raw, semi-finished, and finished textile products at all processing levels, as well as accessory materials used. The OEKO-TEX® tests for harmful substances are fundamentally based on the respective purpose of the textiles and materials. The more intensive the skin contact of a product and the more sensitive the skin, the stricter the human-ecological requirements that need to be complied with. The strictest is class 1 for baby and toddler clothes, which all Alba clothes comply with.
SOCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY (SA-8000) is an international standard for decent working conditions including: child labor, forced labor, workplace safety and health, freedom of association and right to collective bargaining, discrimination, discipline, remuneration, working hours, and HR management systems.
There is an active focus on social responsibility &we ensure our presence as a sustainable& socially responsible factory with fair working conditions.
Our sewing house is periodically audited & we strictly follow all the social compliances.

HOW OUR SEWING HOUSE SUPPORTS TEARS? We support the TEARS in the following ways:
The residual fabric cut offs extracted during cutting are collected & given to TEARS free of cost. With those cut offs, the students weave durries/carpets. We coordinate with the clients & handle the transition of goods. Finally, the clients directly pay to TEARS. For the clients, it is Zero Waste production.
